Job SummaryThe Enterprise Business Head will lead the company's enterprise business vertical by driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, expanding the corporate customer base, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The role is responsible for formulating and executing enterprise sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading a high-performing sales team, and identifying new business opportunities within the corporate, government, SME, and institutional sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the enterprise business strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the enterprise sales and key account management teams.
- Drive new customer acquisition while strengthening relationships with existing enterprise clients.
- Identify opportunities in corporate, government, banking, education, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and other key sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
- Prepare and manage annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, customer support, and product teams to deliver customized enterprise solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions, and large-scale business proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop competitive strategies.
- Track sales performance using KPIs and ensure the achievement of business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective account management and service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
- At least 4–5 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications, ISP, ICT, networking, cloud, or technology industry.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic business planning and execution.
- Enterprise sales and account management expertise.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Financial and commercial acumen.
- Strong understanding of ISP products and enterprise connectivity solutions, including Internet Leased Line (ILL), MPLS, SD-WAN, Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, Data Center Services, VPN, and Network Security.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with corporate and government clients.
- Analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
