Job Description
Role Summary
The Head of Business Development is responsible for developing and executing Curves n Colors' overall business growth strategy by driving sales, strategic partnerships, client acquisition, brand positioning, and market expansion. As the commercial leader of the organization, this role identifies new business opportunities, builds high-value relationships, develops competitive pricing strategies, negotiates enterprise-level contracts, and leads the company's sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's short-term and long-term business development strategy.
- Identify new revenue streams, emerging markets, and strategic growth opportunities.
- Establish annual sales targets, revenue forecasts, and market expansion plans.
- Align business development initiatives with the company's strategic vision and objectives.
- Lead the sales function from lead generation through contract closure.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for branding, web development, software development, AI products, ERP solutions, and digital marketing services.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor sales pipeline performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue enterprise clients, government projects, international organizations, NGOs, and strategic accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Develop pricing strategies for products and professional services.
- Define service packages, subscription models, licensing models, and enterprise pricing structures.
- Collaborate with the Finance Head on financial feasibility and margin optimization.
- Work with the Creative Team to strengthen the Curves n Colors brand.
- Oversee demand generation campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Monitor marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Build reseller, referral, outsourcing, and channel partner programs.
- Expand the company's international collaboration network.
- Lead the preparation of enterprise proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to prepare solution presentations.
- Establish sales KPIs, incentive programs, and performance management systems.
- Advise the CEO and COO on commercial strategy.
- Participate in strategic planning and annual business planning.
- Present sales performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive senior roles experience in business development, sales & marketing leadership, or commercial management.
- Experience within a technology company, software development firm, digital agency, SaaS company, or IT consulting organization is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise sales and strategic partnerships.
- Having experience in enterprise sales, solution selling, consultative selling, B2B sales strategy, sales funnel management, pricing models, revenue forecasting, brand positioning, marketing strategy.
- Should have experience using tools such as HubSpot CRM / Zoho CRM, google analytics, Power BI, AI tools or other CRM and sales automation platforms.
