Business Development Officer (Sales & Relationship Manager – Web3)

Remote | Global

About the Role

We’re looking for a hungry, high-energy Junior Business Development Officer to join our aggressive startup team. This is a hybrid sales + relationship management role focused on onboarding projects and building long-term partnerships in the Web3 ecosystem.

If you’re a fresher who wants to break into crypto/Web3 sales, this role is designed for you — we’ll train you on market making, products, and client handling.

You’ll be responsible for outbound outreach, partnership development, and managing early client relationships while directly contributing to company revenue.


Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Acquisition


  • Actively source and approach projects via outbound channels (Telegram, X, Discord, email, LinkedIn, etc.)


  • Pitch Qubit Global’s market-making services to founders and core teams


  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead → call → proposal → closing


  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and deals


Relationship Management


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded clients


  • Build strong long-term relationships with project founders and teams


  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams


Partnerships


  • Assist in forming partnerships with Web3 communities, launchpads, accelerators, and ecosystems


  • Support collaboration initiatives that generate inbound leads


Internal Collaboration


  • Coordinate with product and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met


  • Participate in training sessions to understand market making and company offerings


Performance Metrics (KPIs)


You’ll be measured primarily on:


  • ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)
  • Number of deals closed
  • Quality of partnerships created
  • Client retention (secondary)


Requirements


  • Freshers are welcome (no prior crypto experience required)
  • Strong communication skills (English required)
  • Comfortable doing outbound sales
  • Willing to learn Web3, DeFi, and market making concepts
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Startup mindset — fast-paced, ownership-driven, no hand-holding
  • Ability to work remotely with global clients
