Job Description
- E2E Business Management with the team; partner onboarding, product onboarding and regular database management of the seller performance
- Coordinate with the team for achieving both individual and team target
- Guide the team and Negotiate front margin, cp, marketing investment with the flagship partners
- Assortment hunt and negotiate best price with L0 partners (Brands, Direct Importers & Manufacturer)
- Negotiate special price for the mega campaign
- Drive business by implementing the regular fulfillment plan
- Maintain strong relationship with the partners
- Market Visit to understand the trendy products
- Stakeholder Management
Eligibility Criteria/Qualification:
- Graduate from any background will be eligible for primary selection
- Any business degree/ supply chain certification will be treated as value addition
- Connectivity with the manufacturers and/or direct importers will be treated as additional qualification
- The role prefers for both individual performers and team performer, Expecting to have good leadership quality also
- Technical Skill- basic knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint but very sound on excel
