We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and client onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize retention and repeat business.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Client Relationship Management

  • Understand client hiring and business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Provide timely follow-ups, resolve client concerns, and maintain regular communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Follow up on pending quotations, proposals, contracts, and payments.


Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track individual sales performance against assigned targets.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to improve products and sales strategies.


Requirements & Qualifications


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate sales, or software sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling software, SaaS products, recruitment solutions, HR services, or digital products is highly preferred.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in software, technology, SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment industry sales.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and digital prospecting techniques.
  • Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced business environment.
