Job Description

A leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) company is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support and strengthen its sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day sales activities of the sales team.
  • Support the sales team in achieving individual and branch sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of sales orders and service delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer contracts, sales reports, and related documentation.
  • Monitor sales activities and provide administrative support to improve operational efficiency.
  • Train, coach, and guide team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
  • Assist in recruiting, counseling, and evaluating Authorized Sales Representatives (ASRs).
  • Follow up with customers and sales representatives regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between customers and internal teams.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
