Job Description
A leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) company is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support and strengthen its sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day sales activities of the sales team.
- Support the sales team in achieving individual and branch sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of sales orders and service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer contracts, sales reports, and related documentation.
- Monitor sales activities and provide administrative support to improve operational efficiency.
- Train, coach, and guide team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Assist in recruiting, counseling, and evaluating Authorized Sales Representatives (ASRs).
- Follow up with customers and sales representatives regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between customers and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
