Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Visit and monitor **all retail outlets** to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
Create attractive window displays, mannequins, and in-store product presentations.
Implement seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand guidelines across stores.
Optimize product placement and store layouts to improve customer experience and sales.
Coordinate with store teams on new arrivals, stock displays, and promotional activities.
Conduct regular visual merchandising audits and provide improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.
Strong creativity, styling sense, and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel frequently between retail outlets.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred:
Candidates with experience working for international fashion brands or retail chains abroad will be given strong preference.
Exposure to global visual merchandising standards and best practices is highly desirable.
