Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and detail the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Generate prescriptions and drive sales from targeted healthcare providers.
- Plan and execute sales calls, meetings, and promotional activities as per company strategy.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities to the manager.
- Ensure timely submission of daily reports and updates.
- Stay updated on the company’s product portfolio and industry trends.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (science or pharmacy preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a medical representative is preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the market is a plus.
