1. Senior Sales Officer
· Employment Type: Full-Time

· Location: Chitwan, Nepal
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and oversee all sales and marketing activities of Chitwan Clinics Pvt. Ltd.
· Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition and business growth.
· Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, institutions, and referral networks.
· Plan and execute promotional campaigns, community outreach programs, and branding initiatives.
· Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of the sales and marketing team.
· Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
· Lead market research initiatives, competitor analysis, and the identification of emerging business opportunities.
· Maintain and strengthen the clinic's brand image through effective marketing and communication initiatives.
· Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure seamless patient experience and achievement of organizational objectives.
· Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Mandatory Requirements
· Must be willing to conduct field visits, corporate visits, and promotional activities as required.
· Must be willing to travel within and outside Chitwan for business development, partnership meetings, marketing campaigns, and organizational assignments.
· Must be target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as leading a team.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership position in sales and marketing
· Strong knowledge of sales strategy, business development, branding, and digital marketing.
· Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
· Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
· Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
