Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer orders, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new customers and generate sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collect customer orders and ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time product delivery.
  • Manage payment collection and follow up on outstanding customer dues.
  • Gather customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales and marketing activities, including promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Job Specification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or field sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
