Job Description

SS Group of Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to promote and sell premium commercial equipment, including laundry equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, and air conditioning (AC) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and representing the company professionally. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to build a long-term career in B2B sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's range of commercial laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, and air conditioning systems.
  • Identify and approach potential customers including hotels, hospitals, restaurants, educational institutions, corporate offices, and other commercial establishments.
  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations when required.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate product information.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for pricing and order processing.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules.
  • Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events when required.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and submit updates to management.
  • Represent the company professionally while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Perform any other sales and marketing duties assigned by management.
Job Specification
    • Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
    • Freshers are welcome.
    • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development will be an added advantage.

    Salary & Benefits

    • Salary: NPR 18,000 – 20,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualification and interview performance)
