Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential enterprise (B2B) clients through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and referrals.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and corporate clients.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
