Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential enterprise (B2B) clients through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and referrals.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and corporate clients.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
