*Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Branding or relevant position in fashion or retail store
-Key Responsibilities:
● Visit and monitor **all retail outlets** to ensure visual merchandising standards are
consistently maintained.
● Create attractive window displays, mannequins, and in-store product presentations.
● Implement seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand guidelines across stores.
● Optimize product placement and store layouts to improve customer experience and sales.
● Coordinate with store teams on new arrivals, stock displays, and promotional activities.
● Conduct regular visual merchandising audits and provide improvement
recommendations.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.
● Strong creativity, styling sense, and attention to detail.
● Willingness to travel frequently between retail outlets.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred:
● Candidates with experience working for international fashion brands or retail chains
abroad will be given strong preference.
● Exposure to global visual merchandising standards and best practices is highly desirable.
