Role Description


  • This is a full-time, on-site Trainee – Sales role based in Kathmandu Valley. The trainee will be responsible for the following:
  • Execute on-trade field sales by visiting bars and mini-restaurants to drive daily sales.
  • Ensure strong product availability, visibility, and placement across on-trade outlets.
  • Conduct daily promotional activities to enhance product movement and brand presence.
  • Achieve assigned outlet coverage and sales targets within the designated route.
  • Manage stock collection from distributor, sales execution, and daily performance reporting.


Qualifications


  • Intermediate (10+2) completed; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in field-based sales with regular travel.
  • Energetic, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
