Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Trainee – Sales role based in Kathmandu Valley. The trainee will be responsible for the following:
- Execute on-trade field sales by visiting bars and mini-restaurants to drive daily sales.
- Ensure strong product availability, visibility, and placement across on-trade outlets.
- Conduct daily promotional activities to enhance product movement and brand presence.
- Achieve assigned outlet coverage and sales targets within the designated route.
- Manage stock collection from distributor, sales execution, and daily performance reporting.
Qualifications
- Intermediate (10+2) completed; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in field-based sales with regular travel.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
