We create handmade incense and eco-friendly products using locally sourced, natural materials, working closely with artisans and farmers. Phoolbatti honours traditional knowledge, sustainability, and deep respect for Mother Earth while creating meaningful livelihood opportunities.


  • Role Description

The Business Operations & Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding outreach, managing sales operations, and supporting daily functions. This is a hands-on role that requires strong coordination, field sales effort, and operational responsibility, especially for Phoolbatti.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Outreach

  • Conduct in-person sales visits, follow-ups, emails, and phone calls to potential clients, partners, schools, shops, and institutions
  • Pitch and sell Phoolbatti products to retail partners, cafés, wellness spaces, individual customers and organisations. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth (commission-based incentive)

Phoolbatti – Operations & Stock Management

  • Manage inventory, including stock tracking, replenishment, and storage
  • Coordinate packing, logistics, and timely delivery of products
  • Handle customer orders, billing coordination, and delivery follow-ups
  • Maintain daily sales and operations records clearly and accurately
  • Communicate regularly with artisans, vendors, and shop partners
  • Submit a weekly report to the supervisor. 

Market & Event Representation

  • Represent Bhoomithan and Phoolbatti at the Saturday Farmer’s Market and other events
  • Manage stall setup, sales, customer interaction, and reporting

Support & Coordination

  • Support basic social media content creation (photos, short updates, behind-the-scenes moments)
  • Assist in documenting sales activities, customer feedback, and operational needs
  • Work independently and proactively while coordinating closely with the Bhoomithan team

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2-wheeler with a valid license (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in sales, field coordination, or operations preferred, with at least a year. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and multitasking
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility
  • Alignment with values of sustainability, community, and conscious living

Offered salary:

26000 Monthly salary+4000 transportation+ Sales Commision
