Role Description

The Junior Officer Sales – CVBU Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pokhara. This role focuses on supporting commercial vehicle sales by engaging prospective customers, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding them through the purchase process. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, maintaining relationships with dealers and channel partners, tracking sales leads, and executing sales operations activities such as documentation and reporting. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and a positive customer experience. The Junior Officer Sales will contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding SIPRADI’s market presence in the commercial vehicle segment.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and support the sales process.
  • Candidates should possess Channel Sales skills to collaborate with dealers, distributors, and other sales partners.
  • Relevant experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales, or a related industry, is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pokhara, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or sales reporting tools is beneficial.
