- Currently enrolled in Bachelors program (freshers can apply)
- Proficiency in English and Nepali
- Excellent knowledge of all Social Media platforms
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for management and sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- IT skills
- Inventory and order management skills
- Basic accounting and numerical skills
- Experience on related field is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide product details and pricing
- Answer customers questions about specific products or about the company
- Attempt to acquire loyal customers by building rapport and trusting relationships
- Ensure stores follow adequate health and safety standards
- Ensure stores are fully presentable and in order
- Manage exchange of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Communicate with the Production team regarding product shoots
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Communicate customer feedbacks to the team
- Handle online orders
- Manage and keep track of the inventory
