This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth. The Sales Executive will actively promote Kunyo.co’s products and services, prepare and deliver sales pitches, and support customers throughout the purchase process, both online and in person as needed. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, coordinating with internal teams (such as operations and customer support), and providing feedback on market trends and customer preferences. The role also involves contributing to promotional campaigns, meeting defined sales targets, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Customer relationship management and communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional interaction in person and via digital channels.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online payment systems, and digital products such as game keys and gift cards.
- Ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset, capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in English and Nepali; additional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service; experience in gaming or digital goods is a plus.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
