Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Client Service Executive to manage client relationships and coordinate advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The role involves understanding client needs, translating them into creative briefs, and working closely with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality brand campaigns.

This is NOT a call center role — it is a marketing + branding + campaign management role in a creative agency environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency
  • Understand client business goals and convert them into creative briefs
  • Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution
  • Manage social media content planning and approval process
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
  • Handle client meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions
  • Support planning and execution of brand campaigns, advertisements, and events
  • Ensure timely delivery of all client requirements
  • Maintain strong long-term client relationships


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Basic knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and advertising
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Confident in client meetings and presentations
  • Team player with problem-solving mindset


Preferred

  • Experience in advertising agency, media house, or marketing team
  • Knowledge of content planning & social media strategy
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva
  • Ability to manage creatives and give constructive feedback
  • Understanding of campaign reporting and KPIs
