Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of affiliate marketing strategies across major commercial events and seasonal mega campaigns.
  • Identify, onboard and manage KOLs/influencers through barter collaborations to deliver conversion-focused promotional content.
  • Conduct post-campaign performance reviews, benchmarking results against historical trends and year-over-year growth.
  • Monitor daily category performance, top-selling products and cost metrics such as CPO to optimize affiliate efficiency.
  • Build lasting relationship with elite affiliates
  • Manage tier-based affiliate segments and deploy customized bonus and incentive structures aligned with partner capacity.
  • Act as the primary liaison for affiliate financial queries, including payment cycles, SLAs and partner support processes.
  • Drive partner activation through community engagement initiatives such as webinars, training sessions and affiliate communication channels.
  • Ensure traffic quality and compliance by auditing irregular patterns and proactively mitigating fraud risks.
  • Collaborate with internal Commercial and Marketing teams to align affiliate pushes with stock availability and priority brand launches.
  • Develop scalable onboarding resources, templates, and automation tools to support the growing affiliate base.
  • Track and optimize key KPIs including GMV contribution, DAU, CPO and overall budget efficiency.
  • Support affiliate acquisition by scouting and onboarding new high-potential creators and partners

Job Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Partnerships, Growth or Performance Marketing
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting, benchmarking, and optimization skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration ability
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in fraud prevention, traffic monitoring, or partner compliance is a plus
