- Plan and execute BTL activities including roadshows, dealer activations, exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meets
- Organize product demonstrations and live machine showcases in field locations
- Coordinate rural and urban marketing campaigns to increase brand reach
- Work closely with dealer network to support local marketing activities
- Ensure consistent branding across all dealer points and field campaigns
- Support dealers in generating customer inquiries and walk-ins
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing events and campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Ensure proper setup of branding materials, stalls, and machinery displays
- Bachelors degree in Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar role
- Willing to travel frequently
- Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle
