Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealer network.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a Senior Sales Officer, preferably in the cement, construction materials, FMCG, or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network within the Koshi Region.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
