What We're Looking For:
- Experience with ERP/CRM Systems
- Strong knowledge of: Accounting & Finance, Inventory Management, Nepal IRD Compliance, VAT & Tax Invoice Processes
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Understanding of business workflows and processes
- Experience with ERPNext or Frappe Framework? Big plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ERP product demonstrations.
- Support existing ERP clients.
- Train users and provide functional guidance.
- Visit client locations for implementation and support.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
