ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an exceptional Senior Video Editor to join our night shift production team. This is a senior-level, on-site role for a creative leader who can own projects from brief to final delivery. You will bring deep expertise in long-form editing, vlog storytelling, and high-level motion graphics, and set the creative standard across the entire production floor.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Edit and produce high-quality video content across long-form formats, vlogs, social media, commercials, and corporate productions
• Design and execute advanced motion graphics, animated sequences, and visual effects that elevate storytelling
• Lead projects independently from raw footage intake through to final delivery
• Apply expert-level colour grading in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro for a polished, broadcast-ready finish
• Craft compelling hooks, narrative arcs, and pacing structures that captivate audiences from the very first frame
• Manage and edit audio using Adobe Audition, including dialogue cleanup, sound design, and final mixing
• Collaborate with creative directors and international clients to align on vision, feedback, and revisions
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting tight turnaround deadlines
• Mentor junior editors on workflow best practices, storytelling techniques, and technical execution

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 4 years of professional video editing experience in a production or agency environment
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, including sequencing, pacing, colour correction, and multi-cam editing
• Advanced motion graphics and animation skills in Adobe After Effects, including complex compositing and visual storytelling
• Demonstrated experience editing long-form content (vlogs, documentaries, series, full-length corporate videos) and lifestyles
• Experience with Adobe Audition for audio editing, cleanup, and final mixing
• Exceptional storytelling instincts with the ability to shape narrative, pacing, and emotional arc for any format
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a full project workload without close supervision
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in both creative and client-facing contexts
• A portfolio demonstrating storytelling range, motion graphics expertise, and colour grading mastery

EDUCATION

A degree or diploma in Film Production, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related creative field is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with equivalent professional training and a strong portfolio demonstrating real-world experience are equally encouraged to apply.

• Dinner: Provided on-site for all night shift team members
