VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT” QC & Production Head for Food & Beverage Manufacturing (Mineral Water & Flour Division) in Birgunj,Nepal

*Position: QC & Production Head
*Salary: Negotiable
*location: Birgunj,Nepal
*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
*Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a QC & Production Assistant Manager or relevant position in manufacturing environment, preferably in the Mineral Water, Flour, FMCG, or Food Processing Industry
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee overall production and quality operations to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
* Plan and execute production activities in line with business requirements and operational priorities.
* Ensure products meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve production and business objectives.
* Monitor manufacturing performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
* Oversee workforce planning, team supervision, and operational discipline within the production function.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, quality systems, and statutory requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and operational excellence.
* Prepare and review operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
* Lead and mentor the production and quality teams to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
* 7–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Mineral Water, Flour, FMCG, or Food Processing Industry.
* Proven experience in leading production and quality teams.
