Qualifications | Skills•Bachelor’s degree in related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in remittance, banking & financial services.
•Strong understanding of remittance operations & Nepalese financial regulations.
•Excellent communication, leadership, & relationship management skills.
•Ability to work independently and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage and oversee day-to-day remittance business operations.
•Maintain strong relationships with existing agents, partners & stakeholders.
•Support Senior Management in developing and executing business growth strategies.
•Monitor transaction performance, compliance standards, & operational efficiency.
•Identify new business opportunities & partnership prospects.
•Coordinate with banks, payment partners, and regulatory authorities when required.
•Lead and supervise operational team to ensure service quality and productivity.
