We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Assistant to support the sales and onboarding process for these products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining client databases.
- Support the sales team in pitching Nepal eBilling to small and medium businesses.
- Assist in presenting and demonstrating Medhavhi to schools and academic institutions.
- Help coordinate product demos, client calls, and meetings.
- Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the technical/product teams.
- Prepare sales reports and basic documentation as needed.
- Provide on-site or remote support during onboarding and training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of SaaS or tech-based products.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Nepali and English language proficiency.
