- We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Client Servicing Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with brands, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is confident in sales, networking, and presentations, with a passion for media, marketing, and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and research potential brands and business opportunities.
● Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
● Conduct outreach through phone calls
● Schedule and lead client meetings and presentations.
● Understand client marketing objectives and propose tailored advertising and content solutions.
● Prepare creative proposals, pitch decks, quotations, and commercial offers.
● Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
● Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
● Coordinate with the creative and production teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Requirements
● 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, advertising, media, or client servicing.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to confidently pitch ideas to senior decision-makers.
● Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working under deadlines.
● Proficiency in Canva and AI-powered productivity tools for creating presentations, proposals, and marketing materials .
