Position: Sales and Marketing Representative

Responsibilities:

Present, promote and sell our services to existing and prospective customers.
Show demo of our solutions in our experience center.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with the consultants and customers.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Provide training and support to customers.
Aim to meet sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Keep track of new developments and trends in our field of expertise.
Continuously improve through feedback.

Criteria:

Proven work experience in sales and marketing.
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
Should be always motivated towards one's responsibility and must be proactive in dealing with different situations.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Must be able to speak and write in English well.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferably someone who owns a two-wheeler.
