Role Description

We are seeking a Salesperson for a full-time hybrid role based in Kathmandu, with flexibility for some remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, establishing strong client relationships, and promoting VirtuArrive's co-hosting and vacation rental management services. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves working closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Must speak perfect english and have the ability to text and email efficiently.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development, particularly in real estate, travel, or related industries
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales negotiation
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and vacation rental platforms like Airbnb
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle client needs and streamline processes
  • Proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in both on-site and remote environments
  • Knowledge of the local market in Kathmandu is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (Not necessary if you communicate English perfectly.
