Assistant Manager – Sales
Location: Kathmandu
Job Summary
We are urgently looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales with strong experience in the automobile sector, especially in EV vehicles, commercial vehicles or dealership operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership capability, strong market understanding and proven experience in driving sales growth and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Handle showroom, institutional and corporate sales inquiries
- Generate leads and build strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors and key clients
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market feedback
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve performance goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills
- Professional presentation and customer handling capability
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Good understanding of EV vehicles, commercial vehicles and automobile market trends
- Strong networking and business development skills
Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automobile sales is mandatory
- Mandatory experience in Automobile sector, especially EV industry
- Experience in dealership sales, commercial vehicles or automotive business development will be highly preferred
