Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticketing Officer based in Bāgmatī, Nepal. The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for managing ticket sales and reservations, handling customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service experiences, and maintaining records of transactions. The role will also involve communication with airline partners and other travel service providers to manage bookings effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Ticket Sales and Reservations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to perform Sales and meet targets when required
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems or relevant software
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel, or a related field is preferred
