Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, social media, email, and in-person visits
Provide accurate information about courses, training programs, schedules, and fees
Guide students and clients regarding admissions and enrollment procedures
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Support students with registration and basic technical assistance
Coordinate with the marketing and training team for smooth communication
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
Follow up with potential leads and existing students
