Key Responsibilities

Property Sales & Client Handling

  • Handle property buyers, sellers, and rental clients professionally.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  • Conduct property visits and site inspections with clients.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up

  • Generate leads through networking, social media, referrals, and market activities.
  • Follow up consistently with potential clients.
  • Maintain proper communication and relationship management.

Deal Closing & Negotiation

  • Coordinate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Assist clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales and closure targets.

Property Acquisition

  • Find and onboard quality property listings.
  • Coordinate with property owners for accurate details, pricing, and documentation.
  • Maintain updated listing information.

CRM & Reporting

  • Update client interactions and property details in CRM systems.
  • Maintain proper sales records and follow-up reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good personality and professional appearance.
  • Confidence in sales and negotiation.
  • Basic understanding of real estate market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Discipline, punctuality, and accountability.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital communication is an advantage.
  • Prior sales or real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
