Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer specializing in Paid Ads & Analytics, based in Kathmandu. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various platforms. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance metrics, managing budgets, conducting A/B tests, creating ad copy and visuals in collaboration with the creative team, and providing actionable insights based on data analytics to improve ROI and campaign success.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Develop channel strategy and make recommendations on budget allocation
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards; translate data into clear optimizations
- Set up and manage tracking, attribution, and pixel infrastructure
- Collaborate with the copywriter to align targeting with messaging
- Manage multiple client accounts and communicate performance to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and hit performance targets (ROAS, CPA, CPL)
- Proficient in GA4, or equivalent reporting tools
- Strategic thinker: you understand funnels, audiences, and conversion logic
- Comfortable working independently in an unstructured environment
- Bonus: prior agency experience or multi-client account management
