Jimmal Group is looking for a smart, disciplined, and result-oriented Sales / Lead Coordinator who can professionally manage leads, coordinate with property sellers and buyers, maintain CRM records, and support the company in improving lead conversion and deal closure performance.This role requires strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, sales understanding, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-moving real estate environment.

Lead Management
- Handle incoming leads from Facebook, TikTok, website, calls, referrals, and other marketing sources.
- Coordinate and assign leads to sales agents efficiently.
- Maintain proper follow-up systems to avoid lead leakage.
- Track lead status and update CRM regularly.
- Communicate with property sellers professionally.
- Coordinate property details, pricing, availability, documents, and property visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with sellers and ensure smooth communication.
- Working on paids ads to help in revenue
- Coordinate between buyers, sellers, and agents during the sales process.
- Ensure proper communication flow during ongoing transactions.
- Maintain and update company CRM daily.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports.
- Monitor conversion ratios and sales performance.
- Maintain organized client and property databases.
- Handle client calls professionally and confidently.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential buyers and sellers.
- Maintain proper communication etiquette and customer service standards.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of sales and client handling.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting.
- Confident in handling phone calls and negotiations.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and accountability.
- Problem-solving mindset and team coordination ability.
- Experience in real estate sales or lead management will be an advantage.
