We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Experience Coordinator to manage Apala’s collaborations, luxury partnerships, gifting coordination, ambassador communication, curated experiences, and event execution.
This role focuses on strengthening external relationships and delivering premium luxury brand experiences while maintaining high standards of execution and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborations & Partnerships
- Coordinate with ambassadors, luxury brands, and collaboration partners
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, and communication timelines
- Maintain collaboration and partnership trackers
Brand Ambassador Management
- Coordinate ambassador communication and deliverables
- Manage shoots and posting coordination
- Ensure all collaborations align with Apala’s luxury brand positioning
Gifting Coordination
- Manage gifting requests, approvals, dispatches, and tracking
- Ensure premium packaging and presentation standards are maintained
Events & Brand Experiences
- Coordinate curated internal and external events, and client experiences
- Manage coordination, hospitality flow, and vendor follow-ups
- Support execution of monthly and campaign-based brand experiences
Partner Relationship Coordination
- Maintain professional communication standards across all partnerships and external interactions
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain organized trackers and reports for:
- Collaborations
- Gifting
- Events
- Partnerships
- Ambassador activities
- Submit weekly status updates and monthly reports
