Position Summary

We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Expert with strong technical and commercial expertise in Servers, EPABX, CCTV, access control, attendance systems, UPS, and batteries. The role focuses on solution design, enterprise sales support, and client consultation, working closely with the sales and technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end enterprise infrastructure solutions.

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who can translate customer requirements into effective, scalable, and technically sound solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales & Solutioning
    • Gather and analyze technical and business requirements from end clients and partners
    • Design complete enterprise solutions covering:
      • Servers, storage, and enterprise infrastructure
      • EPABX and unified communication systems
      • CCTV, access control, and attendance solutions
      • UPS systems and industrial battery solutions
    • Prepare solution architectures, BOQs, technical proposals, compliance matrices, and presentations.
  • Client Engagement
    • Engage with corporate, institutional, government clients, and technology partners to identify needs and recommend solutions.
    • Deliver product presentations and solution briefings to key stakeholders.
    • Support pre‑sales activities and ensure smooth post‑deployment coordination.
    • Act as the primary technical interface between customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Tender & Project Support
    • Support tender documentation, technical compliance, and bid submissions.
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing and technical details.
    • Assist in enterprise project execution and handover processes.

  • Market & Product Expertise
    • Stay updated on enterprise IT, security, and power technology trends.
    • Analyze competitor offerings and recommend solution enhancements.
    • Support evaluation and introduction of new enterprise products and technologies.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in enterprise solutions, system integration, or B2B technology sales.
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of servers, IP surveillance, access control, power backup, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Experience working with corporate, institutional, government projects, and SI partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • A valid two‑wheeler license and personal vehicle are mandatory.
