About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Lead Officer to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a proactive approach to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, and close new business opportunities in BPO and call center services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure service alignment
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
  • Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry engagements

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in outsourcing or call center industry
  • Strong understanding of BPO services, customer support operations, and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to generate leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
