As we grow across Nepal and South Asia, we are looking for a Freelance Mid-Level Marketing Strategist who can help us shape how HerbalBeing is seen, understood, and remembered in the market.
This is not a traditional “social media manager” role. This is an opportunity to architect the early-stage growth and positioning of a wellness startup with long-term vision.

- The Strategic Thinker
You can take a startup with potential and turn it into a recognizable, culturally relevant brand through storytelling, positioning, and smart execution.
- The Wellness-Aware Marketer
You understand the modern wellness audience — from gut health and lifestyle optimization to fitness communities and science-backed education.
- The Community Builder
You know how to create authentic partnerships with influencers, fitness communities, wellness creators, yoga studios, nutritionists, and lifestyle advocates.
- The Startup Operator
You are comfortable building systems from scratch, working independently, moving fast, and making impact without corporate layers.
- The Academic Foundation
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with a strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and modern digital marketing.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Brand Positioning & Strategy
Develop HerbalBeing’s market positioning and communication strategy across digital platforms and community channels.
- Content & Social Media Planning
Create a structured 3-month content roadmap with strategic posting schedules across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Influencer & Fitness Partnerships
Identify and build collaborations with influencers, wellness creators, fitness communities, gyms, yoga studios, and lifestyle partners.
- Events & Community Activations
Conceptualize startup-friendly wellness activations, workshops, pop-ups, campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
- Growth & Visibility
Help HerbalBeing establish a strong and noticeable presence in the wellness market despite being an early-stage startup.
