Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Kathmandu. The Specialist will handle responsibilities such as developing and managing sales strategies, identifying and cultivating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the digital marketing and influencer teams to execute campaigns. The individual will also provide customer service support, conduct sales training sessions, and contribute to overall sales management processes to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in delivering Training for team or client development
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and adapt sales strategies
- Familiarity with the Nepalese digital marketing landscape is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
