ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are a dynamic software company boasting a diverse portfolio of products that target distinct market segments. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, all-round Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts by orchestrating cross-channel campaigns and spearheading growth experiments using cutting-edge AI technologies. You will bridge the gap between high-level campaign strategy and hands-on operational execution. You will design, launch, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media platforms. Critically, you will leverage advanced AI tools to accelerate content production, automate workflows, optimize SEO performance, and elevate our competitive positioning across all software product lines.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Full-Funnel Campaign Architecture: Conceptualize, build, and deploy end-to-end marketing campaigns customized for diverse B2B software user personas across digital, social, and targeted traditional media channels.

AI-Driven Content & Positioning: Champion the implementation of AI utilities to generate high-converting copy, visuals, and marketing assets. Optimize production pipelines while maintaining a refined, authoritative brand voice.

Website Management & Advanced SEO: Take structural and strategic ownership of company and product websites. Conduct keyword mapping, competitor technical analysis, and on-page/off-page optimizations to aggressively boost organic traffic and lead conversions.

Multi-Segment Brand Management: Master the nuance of our varied product portfolio, establishing unique value propositions and positioning frameworks tailored specifically to each product's target vertical.

Performance Analytics & Reporting: Tracking, analyzing, and presenting data-driven metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion funnels, organic reach) to fine-tune ongoing acquisition strategies and justify budget allocations.

Team Blueprinting: Document successful marketing workflows, tool configurations, and playbooks to build the structural baseline for future marketing team expansion.


REQUIRED PROFILE & SKILLS

Experience: 1+ years of multi-disciplinary marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, software products, or tech-forward environments.

AI Proficiency: Hands-on operational experience using modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Copy.ai, Claude, or equivalent platforms) to augment copywriting, design workflows, and prompt engineering.

SEO Mastery: Technical fluency with SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Moz) and modern optimization practices.

Cross-Media Literacy: Demonstrated capability managing multi-channel initiatives spanning paid search/social (Google, LinkedIn, Meta Ads) alongside traditional touchpoints (events, collateral, PR).

Mindset: Highly autonomous self-starter with an owner's mindset. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and shifting focus between high-level brand strategy and granular task execution.
