Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning & Development Assistant based in Kathmandu. The role involves supporting the implementation of training programs, coordinating learning initiatives, and assisting with employee development activities. The Learning & Development Assistant will collaborate with various teams to identify training needs, manage training schedules, and ensure the seamless execution of learning programs to enhance organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HRIS
- Skills in Training coordination and development strategies
- Familiarity with Benefits Administration and employee support programs
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a retail or training-related environment is preferred
