Job SummaryA renowned company is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the company's human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, compliance, and overall HR operations while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee information systems.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Prepare monthly payroll and salary processing accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliation and statutory compliance.
- Maintain records related to employee benefits and compensation.
- Monitor employee performance and maintain performance records.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management review.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure effective communication.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Manage employee contracts, agreements, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate issuance and tracking of staff laptops, ID cards, and company assets.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Support career growth and capability-building initiatives across departments.
- Provide administrative support to management as required.
- Coordinate with the sales team on employee-related matters and operational requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll processing, labor laws, and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
