Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands both IT solutions and client engagement, especially in sectors like healthcare, hospitals, and clinics.
You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our software solutions across Nepal.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
- Present and demonstrate software solutions to potential clients
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Participate in meetings, events, and product promotions
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and explain software products to clients
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT sales or software solutions (ERP, hospital systems, etc.)
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry in Nepal
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies
