Role Summary
We are looking for a sharp and execution-focused Digital Marketing Strategist who can manage multiple client campaigns while contributing to strategy, performance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Develop full-funnel digital strategies aligned with client goals
- Analyze performance and provide actionable insights
- Manage campaign structure, budgets, and scaling
- Prepare clear reports and next-step recommendations
- Coordinate with creative and content teams
- Stay updated on trends and platform changes
- 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Good understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Experience in A/B testing, funnels, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with tracking tools (Pixel, GA4) and CRM systems
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in Nepal market (automobile, education, FMCG, etc.)
- Basic understanding of content/creative strategy
- Ability to handle client communication independently
- Continuous campaign improvement and optimization
- Strong decision-making and ownership
- Proactive approach in identifying opportunities
