Position: Digital Marketing Strategist

Role Summary

We are looking for a sharp and execution-focused Digital Marketing Strategist who can manage multiple client campaigns while contributing to strategy, performance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Develop full-funnel digital strategies aligned with client goals
  • Analyze performance and provide actionable insights
  • Manage campaign structure, budgets, and scaling
  • Prepare clear reports and next-step recommendations
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams
  • Stay updated on trends and platform changes

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Good understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
  • Experience in A/B testing, funnels, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (Pixel, GA4) and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Nice To Have

  • Experience in Nepal market (automobile, education, FMCG, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of content/creative strategy
  • Ability to handle client communication independently
