The School Administration Head is responsible for overseeing the overall administration, operations, stakeholder relations, and regulatory compliance of the school. The role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in Government Relations (GR), Public Relations (PR), incident management, and the ability to maintain a safe, productive, and positive learning environment for students and staffs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily school administrative operations efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, local authorities, and educational institutions.
- Handle public relations activities and represent the school in external meetings, events, and community engagements.
- Manage incidents and emergencies effectively, ensuring timely resolution and proper reporting.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations, policies, and statutory requirements.
- Supervise administrative, security, transport, facility, and support staff.
- Coordinate with parents, students, teachers, and stakeholders to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.
- Oversee school facilities, safety, security, and infrastructure management.
- Support strategic planning, policy implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare administrative reports, budgets, and operational updates for management.
- Master's degree in Management, Education, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in institutional administration.
- Proven experience in Government Relations (GR), Public Relations (PR), and stakeholder management.
- Strong expertise in incident management, conflict resolution, and crisis handling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic accounting and budgeting knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
