With strict adherence to ISO standards and audited internet and data security compliance, KMPL prioritizes customer data privacy and maintains high regulatory and security standards.Role Description The Trainer will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs for contact center and HR outsourcing operations at KMPL. This part-time, on-site role in Kathmandu involves conducting classroom and practical training sessions, preparing training materials, and ensuring new and existing team members understand processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements. The Trainer will collaborate with operations leaders to identify skill gaps, update training content, and support continuous performance improvement. Day-to-day activities include monitoring trainee progress, providing coaching and feedback, documenting training outcomes, and reporting key training metrics to management. The Trainer will also help maintain alignment with ISO, Six Sigma, and COPC-related practices in training content and delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong training and facilitation skills, including the ability to deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
- Experience in curriculum design, training material development, and evaluation of learning outcomes.
- Knowledge of contact center operations, BPO processes, and customer service best practices.
- Understanding of quality frameworks and standards such as ISO, Six Sigma, and COPC (experience in implementing or training on these is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in basic office and presentation tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, slide presentations).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, HR, or a related field; relevant training certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience as a Trainer, Team Lead, or Supervisor in a contact center or BPO environment preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu and be flexible with part-time schedules as per operational needs.
