Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR/Admin role based in Kathmandu. The HR/Admin will focus on managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Daily responsibilities include monitoring recruitment, maintaining compliance with HR regulations, coordinating with employees, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and developing HR Policies.
- Experience with Employee Benefits and effective administration of Personnel Management tasks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within consulting or corporate settings, is an advantage.
- 0–2 years of HR or admin experience.
- Bike and License Mandatory
- Must have own Laptop
