Job Description
The HR Manager plays a strategic and operational role in managing the organization’s human resources functions. This position is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with labor laws and aligning HR practices with business objectives. The HR Manager acts as a bridge between management and employees to build a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage manpower requirements (factory + office)
Conduct bulk recruitment of skilled and unskilled workers
Handle onboarding and induction programs
Manage attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave records
Maintain employee database and documentation
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
Manage industrial relations and union coordination
Monitor employee performance and productivity
Support supervisors in performance evaluation
Implement training and skill development programs
Ensure workplace safety and compliance standards
Oversee payroll, wages, overtime, and benefits
Ensure compliance with Nepal Labor Act
Develop and implement HR policies for factory operations
Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
MBA/HR specialization preferred
4–8 years of HR experience (manufacturing preferred)
